Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and cultivate customer engagement through compelling content. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure the success of our social media initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to develop powerful visual content that aligns with our brand messaging.
- Social Listening: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our strategies are competitive and innovative.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community promptly, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online experience.
- Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or a related role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices. Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Creativity: Must possess excellent writing and graphic design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Analytical Mind: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform strategies.
